Content Guidelines

1. Safety Principles

At Kiteza, safety and trust are our highest priorities. All creators and fans are required to comply with these Content Guidelines. We apply zero tolerance to harmful, illegal, or abusive behavior.

2. Prohibited Content

You are strictly prohibited from uploading, publishing, sending, or sharing content that includes:

  • Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAE/CSAM): Any child sexual abuse material, grooming, or child sexualization. This will result in immediate termination and reporting to law enforcement.
  • Non-Consensual Intimate Content: Images, videos, or private materials shared without explicit, recorded consent.
  • Illegal Sexual Services: Solicitation or facilitation of commercial sex or prostitution.
  • Extreme Violence & Gore: Depictions of murder, torture, self-harm, or encouragement of suicide.
  • Harassment & Hate Speech: Bullying, doxxing, threats, or discrimination based on race, religion, gender, or sexual orientation.
  • Illegal Drugs & Weapons: Facilitating the sale of unlicensed drugs, firearms, or explosives.
  • Fraud & Financial Scams: Ponzi schemes, money laundering, unregistered crypto advisor promotions, or misleading claims.
  • Misinformation & Impersonation: Falsely representing yourself as another person, entity, or public figure.

3. Creator Obligations

Creators must guarantee that they own or have the complete distribution rights for all images, videos, audio clips, and text published on their profile. Promoting links to third-party file sharing sites to bypass Kiteza's billing or upload safety controls is prohibited.

4. Fan and Subscriber Obligations

Fans must treat creators and other users with respect. Leaking, recording, downloading, or reselling creator media (which is copyrighted property) outside of Kiteza is strictly forbidden and constitutes intellectual property infringement.

5. Enforcement Actions

We employ a range of enforcement mechanisms based on the severity of the violation:

  • Content removal or content blurring.
  • Feature restrictions (e.g. suspending messaging or upload privileges).
  • Temporary account suspension.
  • Permanent account ban and database blacklisting.
  • Withholding pending wallet balances for fraudulent payouts.
  • Reporting to law enforcement authorities (NCMEC/Indian Cyber Crime portals).

6. Reporting Process

If you encounter any profile or message violating these guidelines, please report it immediately by sending a detailed email to safety@kiteza.com with links, screenshots, and account names.
