Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM/CSAE) Policy

1. Zero Tolerance Policy
Kiteza enforces an absolute, zero-tolerance policy against any form of child sexual abuse material (CSAM), child sexual exploitation and abuse (CSAE), grooming, or minor sexualization. We are dedicated to ensuring a safe digital space and will proactively detect, remove, and report CSAM/CSAE content.
2. Prohibited Content
The following acts and media are strictly prohibited on Kiteza:
- Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM): Hosting, publishing, sharing, or requesting explicit media involving minors.
- Grooming and Solicitation: Any verbal or textual attempts to solicit, manipulate, contact, or groom minors.
- AI and Deepfake Content: Generation, hosting, or sharing of synthetic or AI-generated minor sexual media.
- Links and Resources: Sharing links, directories, or referrals to external CSAM storage or groups.
3. Eligibility and Age Verification
Kiteza is designed strictly for adults (18 years and older). We require identity verification checks for creators. If we discover any user is under 18, their account, data, and access privileges will be deleted instantly.
4. Immediate Reporting and Cooperation
In accordance with Indian cybersecurity and penal codes (such as the POCSO Act and IT Rules), we will preserve database/network details and report violations immediately to:
- The **National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC)**.
- The **National Cyber Crime Reporting Portal of India** (cybercrime.gov.in).
- Local state police and relevant central government safety agencies.
5. How to Report CSAM/CSAE
If you identify any minor safety issues, contact our dedicated safety team immediately at safety@kiteza.com. Reports are treated with the highest priority and will be processed immediately.
